Cimpress Plc invests in and builds entrepreneurial and mass-customization businesses. The firm operates through the following segments: Vistaprint, PrintBrothers, The Print Group, National Pen, and All Other Businesses. The Vistaprint segment refers to the operations of global vistaprint websites and webs-branded business, which is managed with the vistaprint-branded digital business. The PrintBrothers segment includes the results of druck.at, printdeal, and WIRmachenDRUCK businesses. The Print Group segment focuses on the results of Easyflyer, Exaprint, Pixartprinting, and Tradeprint businesses. The National Pen segment encompasses the global operations of nation pen business, which manufactures and markets custom writing instruments and promotional products, apparel and gifts. The All Other Buisnesses comprises of the collection of businesses grouped together based on materiality. The company was founded by Robert S. Keane in 1994 and is headquartered in Dundalk, Ireland.
