The International Contract segment involves the management associated with the design, manufacture, and sale of furniture products, primarily for work-related settings in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific including products from Colebrook Bosson Saunders, naughtone, and HAY. The Global Retail segment is involved in the sale of modern design furnishings and accessories direct to consumer sales through eCommerce, DWR stores and outlets, Herman Miller stores, and HAY stores, as well as to third-party retailers.
