It operates through the following segments: Chemistry Technologies (CT), Data Analytics (DA), and Corporate and Other. The CT segment includes developing, manufacturing, packaging, distributing, delivering, and marketing green specialty chemicals that help customers meet their environmental, social, and governance and operational goals and aims to enhance the profitability of hydrocarbon producers. The DA segment focuses on enabling users to maximize the value of their hydrocarbon associated processes by providing real-time data and analytics associated with the streams in seconds rather than minutes or days. The company was founded on May 17, 1985 and is headquartered in Houston, TX.
